Booking terms and conditions.

Check-in after 12:00 midday on day of arrival, check-out before 10:00am on day of departure.
To confirm your reservation we require current valid credit card details. All major credit cards are accepted.
Cheques are not accepted as payment for accommodation unless received, banked and cleared 10 days prior to arrival.
Upon arrival each guest will be required to sign a registration form and to accept the terms and conditions therein of his/her stay.
Rates are valid until December 31st, 2009.
Rates are in Australian Dollars, inclusive of GST and subject to change.
Cancellation policy - A minimum of 24 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check in time time (12:00pm midday) will forfeit the full amount of the first night's tariff. The cancellation policy also applies for guests who do not arrive for booked accommodation, or leave before their booked departure date.
